What is your “No Hassle” Guarantee?

If you’re not Completely Satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from us, you can return or exchange the purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

All Orders are Fulfilled by Amazon:

LaGaksta uses Amazon to fulfill all orders because of their dedication to World Class Service.

Customer may return purchases within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Product should be returned in their original product packaging. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of LaGaksta or Amazon error. Returns for any other reason will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A refund will be given provided the return is received within the given return period.

Replacements and exchanges are gladly accepted and processed through Amazon’s Return System

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase and will be given once the returned product is received.

All product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. Returns should be in resalable condition, and all original packaging should be in place for credit to be issued.

We want you to be Completely Satisfied, but are unable to cover accidental damage or wear of product damage caused by the customer.

What if I receive a damaged order?

You must notify LaGaksta Customer Service by e-mail if you receive a defective item or your order was damaged during the delivery process.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes - please contact LaGaksta Customer Service at LaGaksta@gmail.com to request your exchange within 30 days of your order delivery.

You will receive email confirmation when your product is received back and the exchange is processed.
