Returns and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Parameters:  Within 30 days of receipt for a refund, if purchased from the LaGaksta website or Amazon. All product(s) will be inspected upon receipt and should be in resalable condition, within 30 days of receipt and within the original packaging for credit to be issued to the original purchaser. We are unable to refund for accidental or wear of product damage caused by the customer.

Cost of Return: Return shipping costs will be refunded if a result of LaGaksta or Amazon error. 

Exchanges: Replacements and exchanges are gladly accepted and processed given the above parameters are met. For Amazon/Buy with Prime, initiate through those respective accounts.  All others reach out to us at lagaksta@gmail.com

Process to Return/Exchange:  

  • If purchased on the LaGaksta website: Please contact LaGaksta Customer Service at LaGaksta@gmail.com for instructions. You will receive email confirmation when your product is received back and the return/exchange is processed.
  • If purchased on Amazon/Buy with Prime:  Initiate a return through your order on your Amazon or Prime Account.
Timeframe for Refund: Refunds are issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase.  A refund will be issued once the returned product is received assuming the above parameters are met. Typically refunds occur immediately or within a few days depending on the payment method. You receive an email notification when a refund is issued.
Damaged Product:  If you receive a bag that is damaged in transit or is defective please let us know immediately at  LaGaksta@gmail.com and follow the return steps noted above.
